What People Are Saying

I had the pleasure of taking the Call of the Wild class with Moonbeam. I met some of the most amazing people in the process. This class was life-changing for me. It taught me many things about boundaries. Learning to notice when I need to set them, how to set them and how to recognize the different feelings that go on in my body in different circumstances. I highly recommend taking this class if you have any kind of trauma to process. Moonbeams approach is very soft, she is so informative and great at what she does. She makes everyone feel comfortable and she also makes the class very fun playful and you will meet some amazing women in the process. I can not recommend this class enough.

Call of The Wild provided me with insight, understanding, and tools to more deeply connect with and embrace my primal self. It has also increased my capacity to decipher and trust my body’s signals, which in turn allows me to better enforce boundaries and embody my power. I have learned how to consciously integrate all of my senses in order to more fully experience and respond to my environment in an authentic way. It also provided a safe space to practice connecting with the nervous systems of those around me, which made me more aware of how deeply interconnected we are and the ways we affect one another when relating. I have applied these skills in my interpersonal relationships as I have been more intentional with my tone of voice, body language and facial expression. I would highly recommend this book club to anyone looking to transition out of prey mentality and awaken their inner jaguar!

I really enjoyed coming to class, It has been helping me to improve my relationship with myself, having more compassion and having no need to judge me. Thank you to all my Jaguars group and specifically moonbeam who is a person that I admire, as a mother, partner, friend and especially for the great job she does to help us discover our inner jaguar.
